No-Peek Pork Chops and Rice

    I'm usually so good at taking a picture but we were so hungry and couldn't help ourselves. This is really good. I only had a cup and a half of chicken broth so I added water to make 2 cups. Still tasted really good and was perfectly salted so maybe that's an answer to the comments a couple of people made about it being too salty. It was great. Thanks for the recipe.
